Can I change the coverage of my SIMs later?

Yes. With Simbase, you can change your SIM coverage zone anytime—even mid-month. All available coverage profiles are listed in the dashboard and can be updated instantly without downtime or support tickets.

Do you offer data pooling plans?

No. Simbase uses a true pay-as-you-go pricing model. You’re only billed for the data your SIMs actually use—no commitments, no need to estimate or pre-purchase pooled data volumes. This helps reduce costs and simplify budgeting.

What are your overage fees?

There are no overage fees with Simbase. Our transparent, usage-based billing means you’re only charged for the actual MB or GB consumed. No surprises, no penalty charges.

How does billing work?

Simbase uses a prepaid balance system by default. You can:

  • Top up your balance by credit card
  • Request an invoice for bank transfer (available globally)
