Demand Generation Manager

As Demand Generation Manager, you will lead our lead generation program to excite potential customers about our services. You will design and execute campaigns to build awareness and attract leads for our sales team. Demand generation is key to driving our ambitious growth within the IoT market.

We are looking for a talented, revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing. Identifying audiences, implementing strategies within paid search, campaigns or outbound lead generation are needed to attract the correct audience that will become our customer. 

We take an analytical approach to demand generation. Our goals have clear conversion-based KPIs. You will be able to experiment and double down on successful strategies to maximize ROI . Analyzing successful marketing programs and knowing how to measure for success is critical.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and build high ROI inbound campaigns

  • Develop and automate outbound campaigns

  • Coordinate outreach with Sales Development Reps

  • Measure the ROI of marketing campaigns

  • Launch, scale and test new channels to determine best practices

  • Coordinate with sales, content writers and the executive team to help develop campaigns for our global audience

What you’ll bring:

  • BA/BS and 1 - 3 year(s) of related work experience

  • Expert skills in at least one of the required areas of Outbound, SEA/PPC, Marketing Automation, Analytics or Business Development

  • Superior written communication skills in English

  • Flexibility - things change around here

  • Self starter who can operate in a growth environment

  • The intellectual horsepower to understand IoT connectivity and our different customer groups with the curiosity to keep learning about IoT trends
