Simbase accounts are billed from a prepaid account balance. You can add balance with credit card or request an invoice to recharge by bank transfer. For enterprise customers we offer monthly invoices with payment terms.

Only active SIMs have a daily fee of €0.01 per day. Any data is charged according to the data rates per country

Yes, disabled SIMs are not charged with a daily fee. And without the option to use data, there are no costs for these SIMs.
